Relevent Occasions
Notwithstanding the liberalism of the world of fashion and its strive for the ever new and impact-making clothing, there have always been clothes you may wear on festive occasions and clothes you may not. Something as simple as a long sleeve shirt, if embellished with some dexterous embroidery may be the smart top to suit your smart trousers or skirt. Of course, to the extent it is not made of denim. Long sleeves seem to give the idea of formality by themselves. If you want something of more impact than a common shirt, you may choose long-sleeved shrugs.
On the same lines, a pussy bow blouse may imprint that touch of formality, if not in garish colors. And a waterfall jacket, if made of linen or crepe, could combine a smart top with a summery design, matching the cool yet elegant fabrics. If you feel such a shape is rather informal, but you would still like to have a touch of the season, why not opt for some discreet ruffles or, on the fabric side, some billowy chiffon?
Ladies tops come not only in all shapes but also in all colors. While gorgeous colors are ideal for summer, maybe for a special event, you should go for some pastel colors and rather discreet prints. After all, the clothing items for formal wear can teach you once again that elegance is not subject to time or season for that matter.
